The Alba is the first of its kind in Cape Town, an exclusive fine dining, floating restaurant experience. This 72 seater restaurant operates in the harbour exclusively and provides top quality service and cuisine. The Alba is 22m in length with a 6m beam offering daily tours and unforgettable dishes, designed to delight the senses.

Served with a mixed berry & roasted bone marrow jus,

RHINOFIELDS SAUVIGNON BLANC

Durbanville-Hills-Pack-Shot-RF-Sauvignon-Blanc-interrim

Mouth-watering elegance with kiwi, winter melon, passion fruit and a slight
herbaceousness. Serve on its own slightly chilled or with smoked haddock, tempura
battered prawns, stir-fried calamari, asparagus quiche, ratatouille and Thai noodle
salads.

RHINOFIELDS CHARDONNAY

A medium-bodied wine with well integrated wood and ripe citrus, marmalade,
nutmeg and dried apricot aromas. Serve with chicken and turkey, Kingklip, crayfish
and prawns with a rich butter or creamy sauce, Brie and Camembert cheese.

RHINOFIELDS MERLOT

Durbanville-Hills-Merlot

Ripe dark fruit and aniseed with hints of mint, sweet tobacco and truffles lead to
lingering oak spices on the palate. Serve with grilled tuna, salmon, baby chickens
stuffed with prunes and ground pork and ragout of lamb with black olives and fresh
thyme.

RHINOFIELDS PINOTAGE

Durbanville-Hills-Pinotage

Concentrated black currant aromas with layers of vanilla, cherries, cinnamon, a hint
of tobacco and sweet wood spice. Serve with rich meaty pastas, grilled sausages, rib
stews, venison, lamb and steak with a fruit-based sauce such as cherries or berries.

RHINOFIELDS SHIRAZ

Rhinofields-Shiraz

Full-bodied and soft textured with mouth-filling ripe red fruit, white pepper, nutmeg
and floral notes. The complex palate makes it an ideal companion to mutton pie, a
selection of Italian cured meats and gammon with a sweet and spicy glaze, goats
milk and pecorino cheese.

RHINOFIELDS NOBLE LATE HARVEST

Durbanville-Hills-Noble-Late-Harvest

A delightful combination of honeycomb, citrus, dried peaches, apricots and fig preserve aromas with a light viscosity. Enjoy on its own, chilled, or served with lemon or tropical fruit desserts, dried apples, pears and prunes with honey, vanilla and cream as well as crème brûlée.
